1. The Service

Fablesh is operated by Media Rosenqvist and is a catalog and publishing platform for music and podcasts. The service welcomes AI-generated content but requires clear labeling.

2. Account

You are responsible for your login details and all content you upload. You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent).

3. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain copyright to your material. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and stream the content within the service and distribute it to connected DSPs if enabled.

4. AI Content

Tracks created fully or partly with AI must be properly labeled using the correct tools (e.g., Suno). Improper labeling may result in rejection.

5. Prohibited Use

• Content that infringes copyright, is illegal, or hateful.
• Attempts to hack, scrape, or abuse the service.
• False identity or plagiarism.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments, donations and recurring subscriptions are processed through Stripe. The current price and billing interval are shown before purchase. Subscriptions can be managed through the customer portal. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights are handled under applicable consumer law; contact support with questions.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled in Swedish courts.
